Our ‘Mom & Pop’ privately owned storage facility is easy to find - Conveniently located at: 15514 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL 34613, between the Suncoast Parkway and the new Brooksville Regional Hospital. We are across the street from Enterprise Auto Rental on Cortez Blvd. (Rt. 50), just look for the lighted sign.
SECURITY FENCE - Our storage facility is completely fenced in with an electric gate for your security and 24 hour access. The wide drive-through avenues are designed for easy truck or trailer access and all units are ground level so you never have to worry about stairs or trouble accessing your unit.
SECURITY CAMERAS - Our security system has cameras around all buildings and inside the climate control building. The entire grounds are monitored and recorded 24/7 and regularly patrolled by local law enforcement.

CLIMATE CONTROL - For the best protection of your belongings we offer climate controlled units in a number of sizes including 5' x 10', 10’ x 10’, 10' x 15' and 10’ x 20’.
NON-CLIMATE UNIT SIZES - We also have non-climate controlled units in the most popular sizes including 5' x 10', 10’ x 10’, 10' x 15' and 10’ x 20’ configurations.
PACKING AND STORAGE SUPPLIES - Need Supplies? We offer all the basic supplies you’ll need to make your storage experience easy and convenient.
RV, BOAT AND AUTO PARKING - Can’t keep your extra auto, boat or RV on your property? No problem, you can keep it safe and secure within our dedicated fenced and gated area.
PACKAGE DELIVERY - Shipping companies deliver during the day and having boxes sent to your home address and left on the porch is never a good idea. As part of our excellent customer service we will accept your box for you; just have it shipped to the storage office and we will hold it for you. (Please contact our office prior to delivery time.
